Payment Policy:
All goods are to be paid for in full prior to order being shipped. If paying by cheque or direct deposit allow three business days for funds to be processed before goods are shipped.
PLEASE NOTE: If payment has not been made by any of the below methods within seven (7) days of purchase, the sale will be canceled and the item put back into stock for re-sale.
Payment Options:
We prefer payment via PAYPAL or PAYMATE as these are immediate, secure transfers and your purchases will be processed much quicker.
You DO NOT have to be a member or register at PAYPAL or PAYMATE to use these options. We can even send you an E-INVOICE via these methods.
Currently we accept Personal Cheque, Bank Cheque, Australia Post Money Order, Direct Deposit, Paymate or PayPal. (NOTE: Please make Cheque or Money Order payable to ID YOUR CHILD).
Direct Deposit Details: Will be supplied on CHECK-OUT.
For Direct Deposit payment - please ensure you notate your surname on the deposit, for ordering purposes. Also, a quick email to me would be appreciated to let me know you’ve made the deposit.
Out of Stock Items:
If you have ordered from our line of stock and the ordered items are not in stock, you will be notified by telephone or email within two days of placing your order. If order is to be canceled due to availability of stock items, all monies paid will be credited back to customers accounts within 48 hours or cheque will be posted which ever the case may be.
Return Goods Policy:
Return of goods (only applicable for Wristbands, Lanyards or ID Card Holders) is at the customers cost. We will only accept returns within 14 days after shipping. Any damaged goods will not be accepted and no money will be refunded. Please ensure you contact us first prior to returning any goods or no refund will occur.
Concerns with Order:
Please ensure you check your order (most importantly for ID Cards) once you have received it to ensure all information is correct. Please contact us within 30 days from delivery if there are any problems with your order, so that we may fix any errors. We will correct errors to ID Cards Free Of Charge only within 30 days of original delivery.
Cancellation of Order:
We only accept cancellations on orders for ID Wristbands. All sales of ID Cards are final. We will however amend free of charge any errors that may occur on the ID Cards.
Shipping Information:
Postage - We use Australia Post Registered Post on all our items. Postage is FREE within Australia for all orders with the exception of WHOLESALE.
ID Cards - Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. This is to allow time for the manufacture of them and for payment to clear.
Wristbands, Lanyards or ID Card Holders - these will be shipped within 1-4 days, depending on payment type and clearing of funds.
